Production Capacity

We are capable of manufacturing approx. 72 million bottles per annum of LARGE VOLUME PARENETRALS (Basic infusions, electrolytes, parenteral nutrition’s, fat emulsions, antibiotics, critical care products) in all three variants (FFS, EURO HEAD and GLASS fillings) of 100 ml to 1000 ml.

• FFS LVP = 42 million bottles per annum
• EURO HEAD LVP = 18 million bottles per annum
• GLASS LVP = 12 million per annum

• Sterile Water = 330 million
• Respules = 36 million

We are capable of manufacturing approx. 360 million vials per annum of SMALL VOLUME PARENETRALS (Sterile water for injection, Water for reconstitution of dry powder syrups, anaesthetics, normal saline), Ophthalmic preparations, Eye and Ear formulations, respiratory nebulising respules and injectable in FFS / Glass filling of 2 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml, 25 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml.

PACKING / CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS:

• NIPPLE HEAD (FORM FILL SEAL TECHNOLOGY) packed in aseptic conditions totally devoid of human interventions using LDPE medical grade plastic and steriled at 108 degree centigrade.
• EURO HEAD (Unique Closed System Container System), Auto Collapsibility, No Venting, Twin Port System.
• GLASS bottle (Twin port, crystal clear and most stable deprived of leaching and leakages.
